Flavour, flavour, flavour, our obsession...the first thing to do is to bake the pineapple very slowly just like grandmas stews. By the way, herethere is one missed ingredient, the affection, but that is included in the DNA of people from La Habana. The XXI century mojito, a brief note for the curious ones: the Tonka bean is a seed from the tropical America very common and used in perfumery and bakery.
